Q. Can I make a reservation?

A. Yes, reservations can be made on units up to 1 week in advance of move in.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment to rent a unit.

A. Appointments are helpful but not necessary. We ask that you arrive no later than 1hour before office closing to allow enough time to find the right space for your particular needs.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. No deposit is required on non-commercial units.

Q. What are my hours of access?

A. Our facilities are generally open 7 days a week and most holidays. Please check with the U-Store representative at the facility you select for specific entry hours.

Q. What do you require for me to rent a unit?

A. We require a valid photo ID, a current telephone number, address where you can receive mail, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Q. Do you store vehicles?

A. Yes, we have covered and uncovered vehicle storage available at selected facilities. Ask your U-Store representative for details.

Q. Do you have security at the complexes?

A. Yes, we have various types of security at different locations which can include on site managers, video/monitoring equipment, electronic gated entries, fenced and lighted grounds, fire sprinkler systems and burglar alarm systems.
