Renting a Unit

  • We do require an account setup fee for most of our facilities. Typically this is a low, one-time fee of about $10.00. Please contact the facility you would like to store at for further information.
  • Appointments are helpful, but not necessary. We ask that you arrive no later than 1 hour before office closing to allow enough time to find the right space for your particular needs and fill out the storage agreement.
  • Reservations can be made on units up to 1 week in advance of move-in. You can also request a reservation online by going to a facility’s page and filling out the “Request a Reservation” form.

Storage Options

  • Head to our Storage Size Calculator and fill it out, then you’ll get a recommended unit size.
  • We have covered and uncovered vehicle storage available at select facilities. Please contact your nearest facility to see if they can accommodate your needs.

Security

  • We have various types of security at different locations, which can include on-site managers, video/monitoring equipment, electronic gated entries, fenced and lighted grounds, sprinkler systems, and burglar alarm systems.
  • We have recently changed our policy to require insurance plans through Storsmart, to keep both our facility and your belongings safe and secure! Insurance plans start at $9.00 a month and go up from there, depending on the amount of coverage you require. Your home owners insurance may also cover this cost, but you must bring in written proof of storage option coverage.
